Adjudication

I am available to adjudicate both marching and concert festivals. I have had award winning marching bands, and superior rated concert band programs.

Custom Halftime Drill              Design

I am trained in mutiple styles of marching band drill design. I have designed halftime show for schools such as I.C. norcom High School, Hampton University, Tennessee State University, Morgan State University, Kentucky State University, and The Washington Redskins Marching Band. I have also taught drill design on the undergraduate and graduate levels. I can tailor your drill to fit your music, and teach you how to teach you band to perform it.

Marching Band Program Consulting

I will come in and observe your program, then sit down with you and give you ways to improve your overall program, from a musical, marching and an administrative standpoint.

Full Time Employment As A University Director of Bands

I am looking for employment as a full time Director of Bands on the university level. My credentials can be located on LinkedIn under my name.
